Joe Pavlovich, Chef

Joe has prepared more hot meals than you’ve had hot meals.

With over 30 years of experience as a head chef, he has led kitchens, crafted menus, and launched venues across Auckland, Sydney, Singapore, Bali, Jakarta, Tokyo, and the Maldives.

Beyond the kitchen, he’s a proud father of three.

Alasdair France, Manager

Alasdair has worked in various roles, from waiting tables to managing dining rooms, overseeing food & beverage operations, and opening restaurants in Wellington, Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, and the Maldives.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Victoria University of Wellington and a Postgraduate Diploma in Horticultural Science (Viticulture and Wine Science) from Lincoln University.
